The Code of Ethics of Phylos S.r.l. represents a set of values, principles, and rules that constitute the added value of the Company. This document:

  • Clarifies the ethical and social responsibilities of individuals toward various stakeholders in company practices, both internally and externally;
  • Primarily aims to satisfy, in the best possible way, the needs and expectations of the Company’s stakeholders, promoting high professional standards and prohibiting behaviors that conflict not only with applicable laws but also with the values the Company seeks to uphold. The individual and collective behavior of employees and collaborators must align with corporate objectives and translate into  collaboration, individual and social responsibility, and compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Integrates various business processes for the use and protection of the IT system and overall internal operations;
  • Represents a shared asset for the benefit of all.

Recipients

The Code of Ethics applies to anyone who, as employees, collaborators, clients, or suppliers, establishes direct or indirect, permanent or temporary relationships with the Company, or otherwise works to achieve corporate objectives. Violating the principles and rules in this Code undermines the trust established with the Company and damages its reputation. Everyone is therefore encouraged to read, understand, and contribute to the implementation, improvement, and dissemination of this Code.  Phylos S.r.l. commits to supporting the contents of this Code via the company website and remains open to enhancements, adopting a receptive and transparent approach.

  • Development of the skills and competencies of each employee and collaborator through training and professional development;
  • Protection of privacy regarding information related to employees and external parties, generated or acquired within or outside the Company, ensuring careful handling and active control to prevent misuse;
  • Health protection, with particular attention to individuals affected by smoke exposure, while maintaining a strict no-smoking policy in the workplace.
