This privacy notice is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) to users accessing the website https://www.phylos.it/ and relates to all personal data processed according to the methods indicated below.
Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (‘Personal Data Protection Code’) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the indicated regulations, such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The acquired personal data will be used for the following purposes:
(a) for conducting business activities, providing the services described and requested on the website, and executing any contractual relationship;
(b) to send informative and promotional communications, including those of a commercial nature, advertising material, newsletters, and offers of goods and services via mail, Internet, telephone, email, by Phylos S.r.l. or physical or legal entities collaborating in Phylos S.r.l.’s commercial activities and/or by controlling and/or affiliated Companies;

PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data acquired through user registration on Phylos S.r.l.’s websites will be processed both manually and with the aid of electronic or automated means, and include, within the limits and conditions set by Article 11 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, all operations or set of operations defined as “processing” by the same decree.

Your personal data may be communicated to qualified subjects who provide Phylos S.r.l. with services or assistance instrumental to the purposes indicated above. In particular, Phylos S.r.l. may use the following categories of subjects:
– qualified suppliers and subcontractors who provide Phylos S.r.l. with services or assistance instrumental to organizing and conducting online promotions and web content publication, organizing and conducting events and/or exhibitions, sending communications and informational or promotional and advertising material, developing statistical and market research studies;

For completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not part of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling personal data processing. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also regarding their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The processing connected to this website’s web services takes place at Phylos S.r.l. and is handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
