OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Within Phylos S.r.l., your personal data may be accessed by: partners, administrators, company personnel particularly in reference to Commercial Area collaborators, Technical Assistance Service, and Data Processing Officers and Managers designated by Phylos S.r.l.
Your personal data may be communicated to qualified subjects who provide Phylos S.r.l. with services or assistance instrumental to the purposes indicated above. In particular, Phylos S.r.l. may use the following categories of subjects:
– qualified suppliers and subcontractors who provide Phylos S.r.l. with services or assistance instrumental to organizing and conducting online promotions and web content publication, organizing and conducting events and/or exhibitions, sending communications and informational or promotional and advertising material, developing statistical and market research studies;
– consultants who assist Phylos S.r.l. in various capacities with particular reference to legal, tax, social security, accounting, and organizational aspects;
– controlling, controlled and/or affiliated companies;
– public entities such as: law enforcement, Public Authorities and Judicial Authorities, for carrying out their competent activities.

For completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not part of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling personal data processing. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

DATA DISSEMINATION

Phylos does not provide any user information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law

The dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU space is in any case excluded

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

1. 1. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 13 GDPR, each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain indication of: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the controller, processors and the representative designated under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the State’s territory, processors or persons in charge.
      3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also regarding their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
      4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to this website’s web services takes place at Phylos S.r.l. and is handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data provided by users who request information material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, acts and measures, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

Phylos Srl reserves the right to modify, integrate or update this Privacy Notice periodically in accordance with applicable regulations or provisions adopted by the Data Protection Authority.
